Curlies, Intelligent, Loving and Unique.
Curly horses are a unique and rare breed. The reason that they are hypoallergenic to many allergy sufferers is not conclusively understood. Research is being undertaken by the Internation Curly Horse Organization www.curlyhorses.com and their website provides considerable information on the breed and their science. Empirically, they are hypoallergenic to us, which is of great importance. The opportunity to work with them, has provided us with a profound love and respect for the breed. They seem to be level headed, very people oriented, intelligent and tractable. We look forward to our foray into breeding curlies and applying our general philosophy on horsemanship to this remarkable and rare breed. We consider ourselves fortunate to have them in our lives.
