Marley has the distinction of being our first (curly). This beautiful chestnut and white paint boy is coming 5. He stands at a solid 15H and may be inching his way up to the 15.1H mark. He is going nicely under saddle. He sent him to Anne Gage, a local Chris Irwin certified trainer who worked very well with him, working out some manners issues and getting him moving forward under saddle. He was hacked a lot last summer and fall, worked in the arena and jumped a bit out on hacks. He’s now a willing and forward partner. He’s responsive and one of the funnest rides you can imagine. He has a great sense of humour, is charming and loves his life, surrounded by the ladies. His parentage is unknown, having come from out west during their draught some years back. After a lazy winter, we look forward to getting Marley back to work and earning his keep as something other than an equine lapdog.
